Stay for 3 Nights with 1 Night Journey. 3 Breakfasts, 0 Lunches and 3 Dinners are included in this package which will be a Veg/Non-Veg Meal as per location. Note : Backpacking Leader will be allotted only if there will be more than 10 travellers. All Transportation Permits and Tolls along with driver night charges, parking chargers et cetera are included. 24/7 assistance from our trip leaders and online customer support where you can resolve any issue related to the trip no matter what day or time it is.

Cancellation 30 days before the starting date of the backpackingIf you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund before 30 days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the refundable amount will be charged as a cancellation fee and the remaining sum would be refunded. Cancellation between 30 days and 14 days before the starting date of the backpackingIf you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund before 30 days to 14 days of the Departure Date then only 55% of the refundable amount will be charged as a cancellation fee and the remaining sum would be refunded. Cancellation between 13 days and 8 days before the starting date of the backpackingIf you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund before 13 days to 8 days of the Departure Date then only 85% of the refundable amount will be charged as a cancellation fee and the remaining sum would be refunded. Cancellation less than 7 days before the starting date of the backpackingIf you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund before 7 days of the Departure Date then there will be no refund. We won't entertain your refund query for the same. You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand. There would be no refund provided in case some problems occur due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances. On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we'll be moving onto that. There are times when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it's only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control. If a trip is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the Refundable Amount. We don’t take any responsibility for the train tickets got stuck in RAC or WL status. Hence, no refunds will be initiated from Barefoot Trekians. If a trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided. We reserve the rights to rearrange to Itinerary to suit Hotel availability without changing the total number of days at each destination &without compromising on any service. Meals at the accommodations or other services not utilized during the tour shall be not liable for any kind of refund from the tour price.
