For external trips, Trippy provides discovery and comparison. Booking, payment, confirmation, changes and refunds are handled by the organiser’s booking website. The Visit button names the organiser and opens the published trip page.

Prices and dates come from published organiser information. Availability and package prices can change before our catalog refreshes. Confirm seats, pickup, inclusions and the final price with the organiser before paying.

Open a trip to compare departure dates, prices and inclusions. Follow the booking action on the trip page. Some trips book on Trippy; others take you to the organiser’s website.

For a booking completed on Trippy, sign in and check My bookings. If you booked on an external organiser’s website, contact that organiser for your confirmation.

Check the cancellation terms on your trip and booking confirmation. Cancellation charges can depend on timing and the specific trip. Contact support with your booking reference to ask about a change.

For bookings made on Trippy, contact support with your booking reference and payment question. For bookings made on an organiser’s website, contact the organiser. Do not send full payment card details.

Use the heart on a trip to save it on this device. No sign-in is needed for device saves. Sign in to sync saved trips with your account, then open Saved to compare them later.

Read the inclusions and exclusions on the trip page. Ask the organiser if you need clarification on transport, meals, accommodation, activity level or equipment before booking.
