Free Cancellation
- Cancel up to 24 hours before trip start time for a full refund
- Some bookings may offer extended free cancellation periods
- Free cancellation policies are clearly marked during booking
Partial Refund
- 24-12 hours before: 50% refund
- 12-6 hours before: 25% refund
- Less than 6 hours: No refund

3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed according to the following timeline:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- Debit card refunds: 5-15 business days
- Digital wallet refunds: 1-3 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 3-7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
4. Special Circumstances
Weather Cancellations
If a trip is cancelled due to severe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
