The package doesn't include the cost of any form of insurance, rescue, evacuation, hospitalization and entry tickets. Other expenses such as drinks and tips are not included. Any additional expenses such as of personal nature. Additional accommodation/food costs incurred due to any delayed travel. Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in Package Inclusions. Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of transportation. Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing. Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Roadblocks, and other natural calamities. Any other services not specified above in inclusions.

Full Payment will be collected online a day prior to trip. The age limit of our group departures is 16 to 34 years due to the power-packed itineraries that we provide to our travelers. We can customize trips for travelers beyond the mentioned age bracket. Early check-in at stay is subject to availability. Extra Mattresses will be provided for triple-sharing and quad-sharing. Travellers residing outside Delhi are suggested to book trains/flights reaching Delhi not later than 2 PM on the trip start date. Similarly, on the trip end date, book returning flights/trains leaving post 5 PM. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, participants' physical ability, etc. may cause itinerary changes. We reserve the right to change any schedule for safety, comfort and general well-being.

Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID. No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client. Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour. The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the Driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes. Our time of departure is fixed must depart by the stated time & keep their status updated with the trip coordinator(s). Anyone missing the bus shall not be eligible for any refunds. No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring you a hassle-free and memorable experience. Book Of Trips shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as Natural Hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents. We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons. Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration to the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!
