Digital Services

Tripy primarily offers digital travel booking services. Most of our confirmations and documents are delivered electronically.

Electronic Delivery

  • Booking confirmations sent instantly via email
  • E-tickets delivered within 24 hours
  • Itineraries available for download immediately
  • Travel vouchers sent via email or SMS

Physical Items

In rare cases where physical items need to be shipped (special packages, travel kits, etc.):

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day
  • Free shipping on orders over ₹5,000

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7-21 business days
  • Express International: 3-7 business days
  • Customs fees may apply (not included in shipping cost)
  • Tracking available for all international shipments

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination location
  • Selected shipping speed
  • Special handling requirements

Free Shipping Eligibility:

  • Orders over ₹5,000 (domestic)
  • Premium membership holders
  • Group bookings (10+ travelers)

Order Processing

Order processing timeline:

  • Digital items: Instant processing
  • Physical items: 1-2 business days processing
  • Custom travel packages: 2-5 business days
  • Weekend orders processed on next business day

Tracking & Delivery

Stay informed about your shipment:

  • Tracking numbers provided for all physical shipments
  • Email notifications for shipping updates
  • Delivery confirmation required for valuable items
  • Safe delivery locations available upon request

Delivery Issues

If you experience delivery problems:

  • Lost packages: Full refund or replacement
  • Damaged items: Free return and replacement
  • Wrong address: Additional shipping charges may apply
  • Delivery delays: We'll work with carriers to resolve

Restricted Locations

Currently, we cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for certain items)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (contact for special arrangements)
  • Countries with shipping restrictions
  • Remote locations without regular postal service
