What changes the decision
CHAKRATA
Waterfall walk, Chirmiri viewpoint and Budher Caves.
One breakfast and one dinner are listed. Accommodation type depends on availability; ask which stay is assigned to your departure.
Kanatal
Camp stay, Surkanda Devi temple walk and Tehri Lake.
Two camp activities are included. Tehri water sports and activities outside the camp are extra; do not compare the headline price as an all-activities price.
TIRTHAN JIBHI
Tirthan waterfall and Jalori / Raghupur Fort walk.
The ₹7,500 starting price uses four-person sharing. Comparing it with a twin-sharing Chakrata or Kanatal quote understates the room difference.
Two destination days still need travel time
The Chakrata itinerary leaves Delhi around 10 pm and returns early in the morning after the sightseeing days. Kanatal also starts with an overnight journey. Jibhi leaves Delhi around 6 pm and lists three destination days. Check reporting and return times against work, onward trains and flights; the duration badge alone does not describe your time away.
Our choice rule
Choose Kanatal when a camp stay and included camp activities matter most; Chakrata when the waterfall and cave stops interest you more. Choose Jibhi when you can allow the extra destination day and want the longer fort walk. These are itinerary-fit judgments, not safety ratings or claims about service quality.
Ask before paying
For these BookOfTrips group departures, published notes give an age range of 16–34 and mention customisation outside it. Confirm eligibility, room occupancy, actual property, meeting point and the cancellation schedule directly. Published “seats available” text is a source claim, not live seat confirmation from Trippy.
How we made this comparison
We selected listings that answer the same travel decision, reviewed their collected day-by-day itinerary and package text, then compared duration, pickup, sharing and transport. This is desk research of published packages, not a first-hand trip review, independent organiser certification or exhaustive market survey. We have not bought or travelled these packages.
Table fields use the same normalized records as trip pages. Our interpretation and quoted package distinctions were reviewed on 11 October 2026; check the linked organiser source for changes since then. Collection dates show when source text was retrieved, not when a person confirmed a departure or seats. Unknowns stay unknown; conflicting prices are withheld.
